I was the guitarist/multi-instrumentalist with the PROD J production STAR ACADEMIE on TVA. The 2012 season five winner that year was Jean Marc Couture. As often occurred following the season’s airing, some of the “house band” members were tapped to work with various artists from that particular season. I toured with Jean Marc as bassist/guitarist following his victory and became band leader. The band members were Kaven Girourd on guitar, George Carter on drums, keyboardist Ali Labelle, Jean Marc Couture vocals/guitar and myself. We toured for just over a year extensively in Quebec and New Brunswick.
